Best Places to Work: Small Co. #6 Mullis Newby Hurst LP
DALLAS – (June 26, 2015) – Dallas Business Journal held a luncheon today announcing the Top 100 Companies in the DFW Metroplex who are finalists for the 2015 Best Places to Work. Over 450 companies were nominated for consideration. With a superhero theme for the event, MNH was honored as #6 in the Small Business Category.
Five words describing its company culture: Fun. Team-focused. Loyal. Service/solutions-oriented. Proactive.
Employees know they are valued at Mullis Newby Hurst as the company proactively seeks employee input; individuals have a lot of personal interaction with the CEO (planned group luncheons among other things) and an employee annual Christmas party and spring anniversary party which includes spouses/significant others.
